CDBG, HOPWA and ESG threshold and scoring review ends March 26. JHCDC Funding Recommendations due March 27. Funding recommendation review and approval by Mayor's Budget Review Committee, City Council, and Annual Action Plan preparation take place March 27 through August 14, 2019
