Beginning Monday, November 16th, the City of Jacksonville and Logistics Health Inc. will provide free flu vaccinations to residents of Duval County and all City employees. The flu shots will be administered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Lane Wiley Senior Center, 6710 Wiley Road – 32210, and Mandarin Senior Center, 3848 Hartley Road – 32257.

The application for the City of Jacksonville’s Fiscal Year 2020-21 Matching Grant Program is now available.The program is designed to give financial assistance to registered neighborhood organizations who are interested in reducing blight and enhancing their community. Applications are due on or before December 14th at 5:00 p.m.

The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is offering grants to nonprofit organizations in Northeast Florida experiencing economic hardships related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Foundation’s Respond/Adapt/Recover Fund will assist eligible nonprofit organizations with reimbursement for re-opening costs and/or expenses associated with safely maintaining operations during the pandemic according to health guidelines. Applications are due on November 2, 2020.
